Carlin is the King of The Dog Kingdom.
Appearance[]
He is very small and resembles a pug. His scepter is also a long stick with a lolly-pop attached to the top. He is shown wearing a crown and cape, as expected from a king.
Personality[]
Although he is small, weak, and fearful Carlin showed immense moral fortitude when he stood up to The Fire Kingdom and refused to partner with them.
History[]
He is one of the few that refuse to ally themselves with Asmodehus in his attempts to overthrow The Dark Kingdom. Because of that he and his kingdom were almost destroyed. At the last minute, however, Toro Picana saved them from The Fire Lords huge fire ball attack kicking it away and back at the fire tower.
