He is a male Dreamland Creature in his twenties with spiky yellow hair and a goatee. He seems to posses a slight scar at the side of his left eye.
Personality[]
He seems very caring towards his subordinates and also his childhood friends which are also lords of powerful kingdoms Previce And Asmodheus.
History[]
Actarus Lord of lightning, electrical kingdom. Actarus is a childhood friend of Pévice and Asmodéhus and together they dream of overthrowing the dark kingdom. They are after more and more young travelers, seen at the meeting that Prévice organizes with Asmodheus. He is also part of the trio "Les Enfants Terrible".
Power[]
Actarus is able to control electricity to the best of its abilities. Which is one of the reasons why he is the Lord of the Electric kingdom. He s also able to transmit his powers to dreamers which makes them travelers. This will play an important role in the incoming war because the Nightmare Lords plan to build an army of travelers.
